Our Marri Honey is collected from the rich and ancient Marri forests in Dwellingup, Western Australia. Sometimes referred to as Red Gums due to their deep red sap, the Marri trees yield beautiful cream coloured white and pink blossoms from which our bees source their honey.Though they emit a strong fragrance, Marri Honey made from these blooms has a more subtle flavour profile.
