How Do Subscriptions Work?

  1. Adding a Subscription Product to the Cart

    • Simply add the subscription product you want to your cart. The subscription options are set up by the store, allowing you to choose different intervals and preferences.

  2. Starting a Subscription

    • When you pay for your initial order that includes a subscription product, the system will recognise this and start your subscription automatically. You can mix both one-time purchase products and subscription products in one order, but only the subscription items will be part of the subscription.

  3. Receiving a Confirmation Email

    • Once you start a subscription, you’ll receive a confirmation email. This email will include a temporary magic link to access your customer portal where you can manage your subscription.

 

Managing Your Subscription

  • Editing Your Subscription

    • You can modify almost every aspect of your subscription through your customer portal. Use the magic link sent with your emails or request a new one if needed.

  • Pausing Your Subscription

    • You can pause your subscription anytime through your customer portal by clicking the orange "Pause my subscription" button.

  • Cancelling Your Subscription

    • You can cancel your subscription through the customer portal by clicking the red "Cancel my subscription" button.

  • Accessing the Customer Portal

    • If you lose the magic link, you can request it again by contacting support or following instructions in the customer portal.
