1. The Promoter

The promoter of this competition is Honey For Life. Contact: lucy@honeyforlife.com.au.

2. Competition Period

The competition commences at 10:00am AEST on 2 May 2026 and closes at 12:00pm AEST on 2 May 2026 ("Competition Period"). Entries received outside the Competition Period will not be accepted.

3. Eligibility

Entry is open to residents of New South Wales, Victoria, and Queensland. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are not eligible to enter. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant.

4. How to Enter

To enter, eligible entrants must complete the following during the Competition Period: complete colouring form. Entrants are permitted one (1) entry per person for the duration of the Competition Period. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or do not comply with these terms will be deemed invalid.

5. The Prize

The prize is:

-             One year’s supply of honey from Honey For Life PTY Ltd to the value of $850

-             $500 Voucher from Harris Farms Markets

-             Luxury Hamper from West End Brisbane valued at $200

(total approximate retail value: AUD $1550).

The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value if the original prize becomes unavailable.

6. Winner Selection

The winner will be selected by Ms L. Franklin (on the skill and creativity of the submitted art)  on or before 16 May 26. The Promoter's decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

7. Winner Notification

The winner will be notified via the contact details provided at entry within 5 business days of the draw. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner. The winner's name may be published as required by applicable state regulations.

8. Privacy

By entering this competition, entrants consent to the collection and use of their personal information by the Promoter for the purpose of administering this competition. Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Promoter's privacy policy and the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). The Promoter will not disclose personal information to third parties except as required by law or for the purpose of administering this competition.

9. Publicity

By entering, entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, and entry for promotional and marketing purposes in any media without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. The winner agrees to participate in reasonable promotional activities as requested by the Promoter.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered or sustained (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) as a result of accepting or using the prize, or participating in this competition, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law. Nothing in these terms limits, excludes, or modifies any consumer rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

11. General

The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel this competition at any time without prior notice, subject to applicable state and territory legislation. By entering this competition, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Australia. If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be severed and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
