Our RAW HONEYCOMB is collected from the beautiful, forested slopes of the Darling Scarp in Western Australia. Made entirely in-hive by our healthy bees, these cassettes are produced as single-layer comb, meaning there is more luscious, golden honey and less wax compared to traditional comb blocks.

This multifloral honeycomb represents the purest form of honey — untouched, unfiltered and unadulterated. With every cell capped by the bees themselves, honeycomb retains its natural enzymes, nutrients, antioxidants and subtle variations in flavour drawn from the surrounding forest flora.
