72This exquisite golden honey is collected from the flowers of ancient giant Karri tree forests near the country town of Walpole in the far south of Western Australia. The Karri trees are some of the tallest in the world, some even growing to reach a gigantic 90 meters in height.
These trees are unique to Western Australia and only flower every 7 - 10 years or so, making them a rare jewel in our honey collection. The honey yielded from these flowers has a Total Activity rating of 20+ and is smooth and rich.

Pretty good : had a slight bitter taste : runny consistency: some honey has something in it to stop candying. I don't think this would have that addictive.i usually buy local honey : might be slightly thicker ; and is consistently sweet but not overly and candies easily. I'd give it 75 out of 100.

It's solid. Tastes like toffee. It's solid but not amazing on its own. However I think it is better on açai, oats, toast or something like that. It's 20+ which it is solid as well.
