Collected from the Southern Yate forests of Western Australia's southern coastline, from beautiful coastline towns like Bremer Bay, Albany, Hopetoun and Esperance. This honey is lighter in colour, flavour and taste when compared to our classically strong and dark Eucalyptus honeys. A subtle citrus balanced flavour, while not being too sweet. Produced only in small batches as its difficult to harvest from these remote coastal locations.

AROMA | A warm, comforting aroma of roasted nuts and tasted walnut bread hits you like a
hug when you first smell this honey.

FLAVOUR | This honey oozes fruit forward notes like a rich red berry compote. Think of fresh, homemade strawberry jam coating your palate. Next, threads of pavlova and
creamy white chocolate come through to end with a sweet, creamy finish.

SUMMARY | This honey smells and tastes like happiness, you can’t help but smile when tasting it. The aroma of fresh baked walnut bread and roast nuts first hits you when you open the jar. Richness of red berry jam bursts in as the initial flavour notes, evolving into a creamy white chocolate smoothness that leaves you wanting to dip the spoon back in the jar time and time again.

PAIRING IDEAS | This honey would bring a rich warmth to any breakfast table or afternoon tea spread. Perfect on porridge, crumpets, muffins or any other baked goods. Perfect as an alternative to jam on a Devonshire tea scone.

LOVE the taste of this honey. It helps me sleep better even though i take it first thing in the morning. I also noticed it works better than lotion for cracked heels just after a week. Thank you for the great product and for shipping to this part of the world!

Southern Yate TA10+

This honey has a subtle buttery flavour, nice texture and not too sweet. I love all different types of honey that I bought from Honey for life. They all have different flavour that I really enjoy. Easy to order online and reliable delivery.

Haven't tried it yet but Wandoo is amazing. A kind of buttery caramel flavour. Will definitely buy again
