Broken Glass Jars (on arrival through post)

We do our best to safely pack honey jars for every order however sometimes they break on their journey through Australia Posts mailing system. If this is the case please take a photo and email it through to hello@honeyforlife.com.au and we'll mail out a replacement jar as soon as possible. Alternatively we can organise a refund of the money used to purchase the broken honey jar. 

All we want at the end of the day is for all our customers to enjoy the special honey we put all our energy and love into producing every day! 

Damaged Product (on arrival through post) 

If your jar, lid or label is noticeably damaged in any way upon arrival please take a photo and email it through to hello@honeyforlife.com.au and I'll organise and pay for an Australia Post docket for you to mail the product back to us, we'll replace the product free of charge if the clear plastic tamper seal hasn't been broken on the products lid. 

Somethings Wrong / Other Concerns

If you suspect somethings not quite right with the product you've purchase please email your concerns through to honey@honeyforlife.com.au or give me a call on 0429 001 133

If your concern is valid we'll organise a replacement or refund of the money used to purchase the product.
