Sourced from pristine Western Australian forests, these monofloral honeys are harvested in small batches and cold-processed to protect their natural enzymes, antioxidants and potent bioactivity.

Each honey has its own distinct flavour, colour and floral character:

Super Jarrah is rich and dark with deep caramel and spice notes.
