24Collected from the wild western side of Tasmania from temperate rainforest landscapes that resemble 'middle earth' (for all you LOTR fans!)… checkout the photos. Our beekeepers didn't make this honey but had no choice but to include it in our collection as its one of our absolute favourites. With intense floral notes and its famous tangy unique bite this is one of Australia's truly unique honeys tastes! Produced only in small batches... treat yourself!

Best honey I've ever had
Gave it a try because it was on sale and I'm really glad I did! It's very different from most honeys - you can definitely taste the floral notes. Will be repurchasing once it comes back.
