I am delighted with the quality of the candles we purchased. Beautifully presented and naturally scented. I am grateful also for the great service I received. I needed a quick delivery and the staff did everything to ensure I received my delivery on time.
AustraliaTerrible product, more than 50% candle wax left around the rim as it doesn't burn evenly. Contacted the company, including clear evidence in photographs of product problem - 4 candles all with the same problem, and Samantha Mills from customer service refused to acknowledge the poor product quality issue. No attempt to responsibly address product failure. Also burns with some soot leaving unpleasant smell around room. Waste of money and extremely poor customer service!

Your candles are perfection. The wick is the perfect proportion for the size of the candle and the quality of wax means it burns evenly without leaving any residue on the sides of the glass so it doesn’t well. The fragrance is delightful and is able to be smelt outside from several meters away. This means you used the perfect amount of essential oils in the wax. I’m thoroughly impressed and I hope you never choose to lower this standard in the future. A must have item for any and every home!

Trimmed the wick before lighting. Had some soot, and burned more than it should have for it to be a 35h candle. But had a great natural honey scent and beautiful deep warm orange/yellow flame that only beeswax gives.
