AROMA | Earthy, umami aromas of dried mushrooms and broth cubes lead with a
clean, rainstorm / mineral finish.

FLAVOUR | There’s a familiar salty sweetness that’s true to many Australian native
honeys. It’s delightfully smooth and rich without being overly sweet, expect notes of
molasses, maple bacon, tomato paste and salted caramel.

SUMMARY | The flavour of the Australian landscape. Familiar salted-caramel notes with a richness of molasses and maple bacon mean this honey is as at home on the breakfast table as it is as a base for savoury marinades and dressings.

Disappointing

Where's my Honey? After receiving someone elses order I sent it back to the company. They said mine was on the way. I didn't receive a tracking number and am still waiting for my order after 3 Weeks. No communication of where it's at. That's just not good enough. I will ask for my money back.

A distinct taste but nice!

I purchased the product not having tried it before. It more closely tastes like treacle as opposed to common honey but you can taste the uniqueness. I'm cheeky and take it on a teaspoon because I like to savor the taste.
