HONEY FOR CHEESE
If you’re wondering what the best cheese to pair with our delicious honey is, we’ve done all the hard work taste testing for you! Working with a professional Dairy Industry Cheese Judge, we have matched our honeys with three different kinds of cheeses.
Jarrah is BEST WITH BLUES
The malty, tangy flavour of our Jarrah honey elevates the sharp and piquant flavours of a blue cheese, smoothing any harsh over note.
Marri is HEAVEN WITH HARDS
Our Marri honey beautifully complements the robust hard cheeses with their creamy, salty and nutty flavours.
Southern Yate is SUPERB WITH SOFTS
Paired with our Southern Yate honey, with its mild taste and slight citrus undertone, a mature soft cheese’s rich, buttery and often earthy flavours shine through.
Buy either 1, 2 or all 3 of these 60g jars of honey, perfect for your charcuterie board or purchase the gift pack option for the cheese and honey lovers in your life!

What is Total Activity?
What is Total Activity?
Total Activity (TA) is the measurement of the honey's antimicrobial quality or its antimicrobial strength in killing bacteria. Any honey with a TA rating higher than 10+ has beneficial antimicrobial properties. The larger the TA number, the stronger the antimicrobial effect level of the honey. We get most of our honey tested for its Total Activity by the NATA registered Chem Centre of Western Australia, Intertek, and Analytica Laboratories.
Rich in antioxidants like flavonoids and phenolic acids, honey has natural antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory properties. A time-tested remedy for all kinds of ailments, studies have shown that honey may help to lower blood pressure, improve heart function and prevent the death of healthy cells.
As our honey is not heated or pasteurised, the active ingredients remain more effective than in processed honey.
