HoneyForLife Refund Policy

At Honey For Life, we are committed to providing you with the highest quality honey and bee products. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we are here to help.

Refunds and Returns

  1. Eligibility: If you are not satisfied with your purchase because the product is damaged or defective. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with the tamper strip still intact.

  2. Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at honey@honeyforlife.com.au

  3. Refunds: Due to the nature of the product, we only offer refunds if your product is damaged or defective.

  4. Exchanges: Due to the nature of the product, we do not offer exchanges.

  5. Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are non-returnable, including:

    • Gift cards
    • Items purchased on sale or with a discount code
    • Opened or used honey and bee products (unless they are defective or damaged)

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at honey@honeyforlife.com.au with your order number and a photo of the damaged item. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Broken Glass Jars (on arrival through post)

We do our best to safely pack honey jars for every order; however, sometimes they break on their journey through Australia Post’s mailing system. If this is the case, please take a photo and email it through to hello@honeyforlife.com.au, and we’ll mail out a replacement jar as soon as possible. Alternatively, we can organise a refund of the money used to purchase the broken honey jar.

All we want at the end of the day is for all our customers to enjoy the special honey we put all our energy and love into producing every day!

Damaged Product (on arrival through post)

If your jar, lid, or label is noticeably damaged in any way upon arrival, please take a photo and email it through to hello@honeyforlife.com.au. I’ll organise and pay for an Australia Post docket for you to mail the product back to us. We’ll replace the product free of charge if the clear plastic tamper seal hasn’t been broken on the product’s lid.

Somethings Wrong / Other Concerns

If you suspect something’s not quite right with the product you’ve purchased, please email your concerns through to honey@honeyforlife.com.au or give our Hive a call on 0429 001 133. If your concern is valid, we’ll organise a replacement or refund of the money used to purchase the product.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs will be covered by Honey For Life if the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item). For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
