Blackbutt honey comes from Eucalyptus patens, known locally as Yarri, a towering forest tree endemic to the south-west of Western Australia.

Growing up to 45 metres tall, Yarri thrives in fertile valleys and along stream banks across the South West and Great Southern regions of Australia.

The creamy-white blossoms produce generous nectar flows that create a rich, bioactive eucalypt honey with deep amber colour and smooth caramel notes.

Our bees forage these native forests seasonally, producing honey shaped entirely by Western Australia’s unique biodiversity. Every batch is harvested, extracted and overseen by our own beekeepers and independently tested for Total Activity (TA) to verify its natural antibacterial strength.
