Tasting Notes - a strong classic Marri tasting honey. I best describe as a minerally caramel with floral tones.

Beekeepers Notes - this was probably the best producing apiary site of 2019... this ancient looking forest situated on the Darling Scarp 40 minutes outside of Perth is a uniquely beautiful spot. The sun sets on rolling hills with the city visible in the far distance.
