Our range of both Marri honey is gathered from pristine ancient forests in Western Australia. Our Marri honey has a beautifully subtle flavour, collected from the forests in Dwellingup. Marri honey has a high TA35+ rating.

Karri Honey is rich in flavour

With a smooth and rich flavour, our Karri honey originates from the giant Karri trees which only flower every 7-10 years, naturally making our honey produced from these flowers a rarity. Karri honey has a medium TA20+ rating.

Desert Mallee Honey is only produced in small batches

Our Desert Mallee honey originates from the trees in the red ochre soils of Western Australia's historic Goldfields, producing a honey with a deep colour and decadent taste, that can only be collected in small batches.
