This setting honey is collected from the great outback Murchison region of Western Australia and is without a doubt the most unique, bold and strongest tasting honey we've ever collected! AROMA | Earthy, umami aromas of dried mushrooms and broth cubes lead with a
clean, rainstorm / mineral finish.

FLAVOUR | There’s a familiar salty sweetness that’s true to many Australian native
honeys. It’s delightfully smooth and rich without being overly sweet, expect notes of
molasses, maple bacon, tomato paste and salted caramel.

SUMMARY | The flavour of the Australian landscape. Familiar salted-caramel notes with a richness of molasses and maple bacon mean this honey is as at home on the breakfast table as it is as a base for savoury marinades and dressings.

PAIRING IDEAS | A perfect everyday honey. The salty sweetness is ideal to add to anything on the breakfast table, while the fact that the sweetness isn’t overpowering means it’s a perfect base for marinades and dressings.

Absolutely Delightful!

Really unique delicate treacle like flavour. Just perfect for hot pancakes or over yoghurt or parfait.

Murchison River Honey

Different in taste, but quite delicious. I have a spoonful every morning for my health. This was an unexpected bargain as it came in a box labelled for the German market. I am very happy with my purchase.
