Collected from the pure white flowers of Tagasaste trees, this honey taste has smooth subtle sweat iced tea citrus flavours and a light amber colour... representing the other end of the flavour and taste spectrum when compared to the strong, bold, intense flavours of Western Australia's Eucalyptus varietals (Jarrah, Marri and Blackbutt).

What is Total Activity?

Total Activity (TA) is the measurement of the honey's antimicrobial quality or its antimicrobial strength in killing bacteria. Any honey with a TA rating higher than 10+ has beneficial antimicrobial properties. The larger the TA number, the stronger the antimicrobial effect level of the honey.

We get most of our honey tested for its Total Activity by the NATA registered Chem Centre of Western Australia, Intertek, and Analytica Laboratories.

WHAT ARE THE HEALTH BENEFITS OF HONEY?

Rich in antioxidants like flavonoids and phenolic acids, honey has natural antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory properties. Studies have shown that honey helps lower blood pressure, improve heart function and prevent the death of healthy cells.

As our honey is not heated or pasteurised, the active ingredients remain more effective than in processed honey.
